With over 20 years of experience in the field of education, including the last 10 years in high level leadership positions (Principal & Assistant Superintendent roles) in schools and districts, Becca is deeply passionate about issues of equity, leadership, maximizing strengths, and helping others find opportunities that will lead to their success and happiness.
In her spare time, Becca loves reading, exploring nature through hiking, and staying active with workouts on her Peloton. Becca currently lives in Denver, CO with her husband and two children. She appreciates life's little moments of joy and believes in making the most out of every day.
